Delete Account

Important

Deleting your account will permanently remove it not only from the app, but from all systems associated with Netiqs services. If you wish to log in again, you’ll need to register a new account.
Once deleted, you will no longer have access to data related to connected vehicles, RFID cards, charging sessions, or transaction history.
Past invoices will also be removed – we strongly recommend downloading any necessary documents before proceeding.
Please note: Deleting your account does not cancel any outstanding payments, active payment plans, or charging rate arrangements.
If you wish to switch to a different payment model, such as “Pay as you go,” you can do so from the Account page. The change will follow the conditions and notice period outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
After account deletion, changes to your payment plan can only be made by contacting your provider directly.
